The Wellbeing Café is a dedicated resource within our skills and cultural hub and a partnership programme that extends our provision for people with dementia, physical and / or learning disabilities, mental health challenges, dual diagnosis, Parkinson’s, older people and carers.
The overall aim is for participants to take control of their own health and wellbeing, managing their long-term conditions well and being supported to achieve good health and wellbeing.
